Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Entrepreneur with a Master’s and Postgraduate degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in São Paulo, Brazil. Invested in several companies, including the startup Connect Life – Residential and Commercial Automation (Domótica), working with the biggest names in high-end architecture and construction. This awakened a passion for high-end residential architecture, always with a functional, technological and sustainable vision in all the projects he developed. When moving to Portugal in 2013 with his family, he created the real estate company “Boutique dos Imóveis” with his life and business partner, Eliane Ferrari – moving into a very exclusive and demanding market, with exceptional results. The company, evolved into Boutique Group, including: Real Estate, Home Services, Construction and Tourism. As a self-confessed sportsman, he enjoys the whole environment that the area of Cascais and its surroundings offers, such as the gym, hiking, running, and padel, and is an advisor to the Estoril Praia Sports Group.
Director of Sales
Accomplished Real Estate Specialist with a degree in Business Management and Technology, beginning her professional career in the Technology area of Banco Bradesco in Brazil. Her passion was realized, when she transitioned to the real estate investment area of a large luxury construction company in São Paulo, Brazil and had a career of growing professional success, always ranking among the top sales executives. Arriving in Portugal in 2013 she continued her real estate achievements, working for leading brands in the luxury market until setting up her own real estate company, Boutique dos Imóveis. Her main characteristics are persistence, transparency, empathy and partnership. Mother of 3 and passionate about her family and her profession!

Construction Manager
Architect with a master’s in architecture, born and raised in Cascais. Worked in a large construction company and then in an engineering and architecture office. Opened an engineering and architecture company in 2009 and a civil construction company in 2018. With integrated work between architectural, engineering projects and construction work, offers guaranteed compatibility between all aspects of real estate investment. From the choice of land to a turnkey project, Boutique Construction offers expertise and ease of mind to their clients.

Architect
A trained architect and urban planner with over 20 years’ experience in the field, Adriana Casella founded her own studio in 2001 in São Paulo, Brazil, and has received a number of awards for her projects.
Guided by the conviction that architecture goes beyond physical spaces, her purpose is above all to make a difference in the lives of others through her work. Her “architecting” surpasses the shape of a building or the color of a wall. Her commitment is to understand the essence of each project, never neglecting the needs and expectations of all those who put their trust in her work.
